  The hotel itself was nice and the rooms were comfortable but that was as it. Everything else about our stay was horrible. It was ridiculously loud. When I checked in they said they were full and had to give me a sweet which was much more expensive . They were NOT full, and when I left the next morning at 6 a.m. there was only three cars in the parking lot. We only stayed at this hotel because we were rerouted off of Interstate 10 it was late and we were tired. We were only at this hotel for about 12 hours. However they charged us for two nights. I called several times to the hotel manager Brooke I was told by several different staff members that it was taken care of and my money would be refunded. After a week of this I called my bank to file a complaint, and low and behold they figure it out they had given me a hotel credit instead of refunding my credit card. And my money was finally refunded about 10 minutes after my bank had to call them. Got the feeling this has happened there before.
